Public Classes

Although I run classes for professional footballers and athletes, I believe the practice of Yoga should be for every body so I also run private and group classes in and around the local area. Each class is different as I sometimes teach different styles and to different levels of practioner, from beginner to advanced.

I also offer a gents only class at one location as find this allows people to try Yoga who may feel intimidated by advanced users in the same class setting. All in all I feel Yoga is a great way to balance the strains and the stresses of modern life while also strengthening and stretching the body in ways that can only serve us better for the future.
